5 ways to get rid of stress

It's no fair! You have lots of homework. Your brother started a fight and you got blamed. You had breakup with your girlfriend.  This things creates a lot of stress. Here are some ways to get rid of it-


  • Blow up a bunch of  balloons and make a balloon bouquet for your room. 

Believe it or not, all that inhaling and exhaling will relieve stress, and the balloon bouquet will make you feel better.

  • Punch it!

Punch your pillow, or a beanbag chair if you have one.

  • Bounce your bad feelings away

Get a basketball and bounce it a hundred times on a footpath or driveway.

  • Focus

Put something small on the wall -- a nail,a poster,a flower. Stare it as long as you can.


  


  • Bubble Wrap

Bubble wrap makes a satisfying popping sound when compressed and ruptured, it is often used as a source of amusement.It is also a good source to get rid of stress.
